Our rentals are good standard. Our experience consists of managing Suharevka and Basilica Hostels. But hostels still don't provide privacy and ensuite bathrooms. If you're 3 people you will have to take 2 private rooms, so it's obviously cheaper to rent out apartment with kitchen and bathroom.
